Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of each box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
